The Texas Capitol Building is nothing short of iconic. Its grand columns, intricate arches, and soft, neutral tones set a scene of timeless elegance. Making it one of my absolute favorite spots for engagement sessions. Inside, the light streamed through perfectly, highlighting every detail, while the symmetrical architecture framed Jarves and Britney in moments that felt both dramatic and intimate.

Stepping outside, the lush grounds offered a beautiful contrast to the stately interiors. The greenery softened the scene, bringing a relaxed and natural energy to the images. Each corner revealed something new, from sweeping vistas to hidden nooks, keeping the session lively and full of life. The combination of architectural grandeur and beauty made every shot feel thoughtfully elevated yet effortlessly approachable.

Style That Felt True to Them

Britney’s soft blue dress flowed effortlessly, gracefully complimenting every frame. While Jarves’s classic, polished look perfectly harmonized with hers. Together, their outfits felt thoughtfully curated; an authentic reflection of their personalities.

As we continued wandering through the Capitol grounds, they were incredibly relaxed and joyful. Between bursts of laughter and a few quiet moments, their natural chemistry shone through. Because of the relaxed pace of the session, we were able to explore different angles and movements freely, which allowed us to capture genuine moments that feel both heartfelt and timeless.

Even though this session took place in Austin, Jarves and Britney have since said “I do” in San Antonio, beginning their incredible new chapter together!
